Injury update
- Oklahoma City Thunder-Chris Paul-broken nose-4 weeks
- Toronto Raptors-Pascal Siakam-oblique strain-2 weeks
- Boston Celtics-Al Horford-right hand fracture-4 weeks
- Miami Heat-Bam Adebayo-broken ankle-6 weeks
- New Orleans Pelicans-Jrue Holiday-pinched nerve-2 weeks
- Indiana Pacers-Malcolm Brogdon-broken left hand-2 weeks
Some truly impactful players all out for at least the duration of the first round here. The Indiana Pacers now need to bank on Victor Oladipo’s health more than ever this season with Brogdon joining Jeremy Lamb on the end of the bench.
Adebayo, Siakam, and Horford are all crucial frontcourt players for their respective teams who will need to be replaced. Backcourt depth will also be a point of emphasis in OKC along with New Orleans as they attempt to mask the absence of CP3 and Jrue Holiday in the opening round.
