27. New York Knicks (via LA Clippers): Jahmi’us Ramsey, G, Texas Tech
After adding a big with their first pick, the Knicks take a chance on Jahmi’us Ramsey. With one of the best first names in the draft, Ramsey is also a flat-out natural scorer. He averaged 15 points and four rebounds per game on 43 percent shooting from 3-point range.
28. Toronto Raptors: Theo Maledon, G ASVEL
The Toronto Raptors need to plan in the event that Fred VanVleet walks to pursue big money in the offseason; Theo Maledon could be an interesting replacement. Assuming that he enters the draft, he could be a solid addition at this point in the first round. Maledon
29. Los Angeles Lakers: Joel Ayayi, G, Gonzaga
The Los Angeles Lakers could be coming off an NBA Championship if we can somehow resume the season, but you can always add firepower to a team. Especially for one that desperately needed help in the backcourt this year. Joel Ayayi could prove to be a fit in the long run.
30. Boston Celtics (via Milwaukee): Patrick Williams, F, Florida State
As the final pick in the first round, the Celtics take a chance on a very raw prospect in Patrick Williams. He only averaged nine points and four rebounds during his freshman season at Florida State but has the potential to be an intriguing prospect at the next level.
