3. Killian Hayes, G, ratiopharm Ulm

Killian Hayes is the kind of player you want when things come down to the wire when everything is chaos and you just need someone to get you a bucket. Hayes is a creator in every sense of the word. He can get his own shot off the dribble and get the ball to his teammates right when they need it.

He plays at his own speed, one which admittedly lacks the burst and athleticism that you would like to see in a ball-dominant guard but Hayes makes up for it with an abundance of skill. Hayes is a good shooter from the outside, something that I anticipate to remain consistent when taking his 90 percent free-throw shooting into account.

4. Onyeka Okungwu, F, USC

Onyeka Okungwu is one of my personal favorites amongst this draft class. The 6-foot-9 forward plays hard and fast, using his athleticism and elite hands to play above the rim. His skills as an inside scorer in the post and the pick-and-roll remind me of Montrezl Harrell. He plays with a force and tenacity that has me convinced he will be able to boost any team that drafts him.

Okungwu’s shooting in the mid-range is something I wouldn’t mind seeing improve if he is to become even more of a scoring threat, but right now I think any team would be ecstatic to have a rim runner like Okungwu.
