Ranking the top 15 players from the 2019-20 NBA season based on individual statistics and importance to their respective team

We’re lucky to watch an abundance of stars take the hardwood every night in the NBA, from LeBron James to Giannis Antetokounmpo. No matter the team, there’s always entertaining basketball to be seen when the best of the best go toe to toe.

With the current NBA season at a standstill, there are many takeaways from the campaign so far. Antetokounmpo has made a serious case for his second straight MVP after leading the Milwaukee Bucks to the league’s best record. Then in the Western Conference, Ja Morant has turned around the Memphis Grizzlies franchise, helping them make a push for a playoff spot.

There are many players who are averaging over 20 points per contest this year, but for this list, it’s based solely on their overall statistics, not just scoring. With that being said, here are the top 15 players from the 2019-20 campaign thus far.
