14. Jayson Tatum, Boston Celtics
In his third NBA season, Jayson Tatum put up career highs across the board, while leading Boston in scoring with 23.6 points per game, a whole eight more points than last year. He was also named to his first All-Star team in the process while helping the C’s to a 43-21 record and third in the East. The former Duke star was also deadly from three-point range, posting a team-best 39.8 shooting percentage from downtown.
Tatum is playing with a lot more confidence this season, taking it upon himself to take the big shot when the clock is running down and usually coming up clutch. He’s evolving into Boston’s star player and one of the brightest young stars in the game right before our eyes.
An all-around player who is extremely versatile offensively and an absolute pest on defense, it’s going to be exciting to see what heights Tatum can reach in his career.
