10. Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns
One of the best shooters in the association, Devin Booker has developed into one hell of a player for the Phoenix Suns. The former Kentucky guard made history in 2019-20, becoming the first player in franchise history to score 30 or more points in seven straight games.
The 23-year old started all 62 games for Phoenix, dropping 26.1 points per game en route to his first All-Star game. He’s averaged over 20 points in four of his first five NBA seasons, yet he wasn’t named an All-Star until this year and it was only because Damian Lillard got injured.
Although the Suns got off to a decent start, they quickly declined and soared to the bottom of the Western Conference once again. That’s a big reason Booker hasn’t always received the recognition he deserves, but given his statistics over the last few seasons, he is definitely a very consistent and versatile scorer. With a solid young core consisting of Booker, Deandre Ayton, and Kelly Oubre Jr., the Suns could be on the come up, led by their franchise star.
