Pro No. 1 to picking up NBA season at Disney World: It will bring fans a college-like experience

Perhaps not in terms of the fan’s experience, but keeping all the teams at one location will bring a college-like experience to the NBA Playoffs. Imagine this, the opening round of the playoffs begins and there’s a triple or double-header on deck. Could we get LeBron James and Anthony Davis taking a peek at the first game of the day in the stands?

There could be a possibility. With not much to do in the bubble, we could see big-name NBA players in the “audience” watching other games. That would bring an interesting wrinkle to what is expected to be an already intriguing moment in NBA history.

Plus, there’s the whole element of every team being in the same region at the same time. That will bring an NCAA Tournament-like atmosphere as the NBA has really never seen before. It won’t be for a day or two and could be for months.

It will certainly be a different element and something that we quite haven’t seen in the NBA, perhaps, ever. If nothing else, it will be an interesting storyline to follow.
