NBA candidates with something to prove: LeBron James

Does LeBron James have to do anything else to cement himself as one of the greatest players of all-time? Probably not. Let’s remember though that the Los Angeles Lakers were rolling before the season was put on pause.

We know that James will be ready, but this will be a career-defining moment as a leader to see if he can guide the rest of his team who may not have the same work ethic as he does. If he is able to have the Lakers pick up right where they left off then the rest of the league is in serious trouble.

NBA candidates with something to prove: Khris Middleton

The theme of the NBA this year has been parity. Most teams have a dynamic duo that defenses have to hold accountable. Out in Milwaukee, we know that Giannis Antetokounmpo is a human anomaly. Are we sure that Khris Middleton is the best second option to work alongside the Greek Freak?

The ending of this season and the playoffs will be telling for Middleton and the Bucks organization because there will be a ton of questions to answer if he cannot step up when it counts.
