NBA hidden gem: Dzanan Musa, Brooklyn Nets

Dzanan Musa is an interesting player for the nets, the Bosnian swingman was taken by the Nets with the 29th pick in the draft last year. Despite the fact that he was a first-round pick, he’s still very much a bit of a project.

Coming out of the draft, he was a natural scorer with a quick release and a solid handle. He was projected as a player who could play multiple positions and flat out score. He showed great potential in Europe for shooting but also drawing fouls and making smart passes.

So far with the Nets, he has struggled to shoot well and be an overall consistent player. However he only appeared in nine games his rookie year, and 35 games this year. With the right team, Musa could develop further to be a devastating rotation scorer.
