X-factor: Bogdan Bogdanovic

Interestingly enough, the Sacramento Kings were actually playing good basketball right when the NBA entered its hiatus. You can make the case that it couldn’t have come at a worse time for the Kings. Nevertheless, they’re only 3.5 games back of the 8th seed in the Western Conference and should have a strong chance at winning the final spot.

One potential x-factor for the team when play begins is Bogdan Bogdanovic. He’s a player that many overlook in favor of the bigger names on the roster, but he was having a great season before the shutdown.

Averaging 15 points, three rebounds, and three assists on 43 percent shooting from the field and 36 percent shooting from 3-point range, Bogdanovic was having a career-year with the Kings. For a team that is going to need a third or fourth player to step up, Bogdanovic could emerge as a real factor in the Orlando bubble.
