1. Milwaukee Bucks (53-12)
For most of the 2019-20 regular season, the Milwaukee Bucks were the most dominant team in the league. In fact, statistics consider this year’s Bucks team as one of the most dominant teams in NBA history. Leading the way for the team is Giannis Antetokunmpo, who was well on his way to winning his second-straight NBA MVP before the hiatus.
The big question for the Bucks heading into the bubble is, can this team simply flip the switch when they restart the season? Until we know otherwise, we have to consider the Bucks as the best team in the league. With that said, that doesn’t mean we can’t have our concerns about the team.
The Bucks will lose its tremendous homecourt advantage (28-3) and will be pretty much on an even playing field with the rest of the league. The Bucks were on their way to a historic finish this season, and you can make the argument that the hiatus will hurt them the most.
We’ll find out for sure soon enough, however. The Bucks should be considered the favorites until proven otherwise.
