19. Phoenix Suns (26-39)

For a team like the Phoenix Suns, the NBA’s restart bubble will present a golden opportunity. Not only do the Suns get another shot at making the playoffs, but they’ll also get a platform to give their young players unprecedented experience. The NBA’s restart will feel a lot like the playoffs, even if it technically isn’t.

That will give players like Devin Booker and Deandre Ayton some valuable experience that they probably wouldn’t have gotten had the season just went on as originally scheduled. Even if they don’t make the playoffs, the Suns will emerge from the bubble as a better team.

At the same rate, with a player like Booker, this is a team that you can’t quite count-out. Especially if this restart is going to have an NCAA Tournament/playoff feel to it. That’s generally the moment when superstars rise.

This could be the platform for Devin Booker to announce himself to the average fan. Keep an eye on the Suns, even if it is just a side-eye.
