15. Orlando Magic (30-35)
The Orlando Magic are generally a team that is often overlooked in the Eastern Conference. Even though they’re on pace to make the playoffs for the second-straight season, they likely won’t be much of a contest against the Bucks or Raptors, whoever they face off against in the first round of the playoffs.
How will they look in the playoffs is difficult to predict. They’ll likely hold off the Wizards to keep their playoff spot, but the restart will be mostly about development for the Magic. If their young players can take another step in what will essentially be an additional shortened season, it would be big for the team.
Sitting at No. 15 is almost perfect for the Magic. They’re the definition of average for the NBA and will be heading into the bubble as such. Take that how you will.
