Detroit Pistons

3 top targets: Tyrese Haliburton, Onyeka Okongwu, Killian Hayes

With the Detroit Pistons moving on from Reggie Jackson this past season, it would be sensible for them to address the point guard position in the 2020 NBA Draft. With LaMelo Ball and Anthony Edwards likely off the board by the time the Pistons go on the clock, a couple of potential options could be Tyrese Haliburton and Killian Hayes.

Haliburton appears to be an NBA-ready body that could play a rotational role next season for the Pistons, but will likely still need time to develop. Hayes is an interesting name that could be selected from anywhere between No. 4 and 10. Hayes has great size, good speed with the ball, and is a player that could emerge as a playmaker.

Onyeka Okongwu might be the best big in the draft and would be a good fit next to Blake Griffin. Even if the Pistons decided to move on from Blake, Okongwu is a player that could develop into that role for the Pistons.

Detroit will have plenty of options, but also have a number of needs as they prepare their rebuild.
