Washington Wizards

3 top targets: Obi Toppin, Precious Achiuwa, Cole Anthony

It’s difficult to predict what the Washington Wizards would do in the 2020 NBA Draft, especially considering that we don’t know what John Wall will look like when he makes his return to the lineup and what Bradley Beal’s future entails with the team. Assuming both Wall and Beal will be starters for the Wizards moving forward, it would be wise for them to add to their frontcourt.

Obi Toppin and Precious Achiuwa could be two options that would almost immediately help on the defensive side of the ball. For the Wizards, they’d work considering they’re already one of the most talented offensive teams in the league even without a healthy Wall.

One potential wildcard is Cole Anthony. If the Wizards elect to move Wall or Beal (or potentially both, if they could pull it off) Anthony would be an interesting prospect to take a chance on. He’s dynamic and has all the tools to be a superstar in the NBA.
