10. Phoenix Suns – Killian Hayes, G, France
With three of the top point guards already off the board by the time the Phoenix Suns get on the clock, I wouldn’t be surprised if the team elects to snag a guard at No. 10. With Ball, Haliburton, and Anthony already off the board, Killian Hayes is a player that could catch the eyes of the Suns.
Even though Hayes is falling down draft boards in the eyes of some, or might not even be as high as some perceive him to be, he’s the type of prospect that a team could elect to take a chance on even with the bust potential. Hayes is a young guard that has plenty of raw potential but needs to be developed properly.
He might not be as far along in his development as some of the other guards in this draft, but Hayes has all the tools and size to be a really good player in a few years. He’s a safe pick that has room to grow.
