3. Golden State Warriors – Isaac Okoro, F, Auburn

If the Golden State Warriors are sold on trying to add a few more championships to their current core, they’re going to want to draft the player that will most likely help the team right now. With the third pick, with Anthony Edwards and James Wiseman both off the board, look for the Warriors to select a player like Isaac Okoro.

Okoro is arguably the best 3-and-D prospect on the board and is a player that could play next to Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green. Plus, if the Warriors wanted to trade Andrew Wiggins, Okoro is a player that could replace him with relative ease. Okoro won’t be asked to do much and could grow within the Warriors’ system.

Taking Okoro with the third pick might not be as sexy as taking some of the other big names still on the draft board, but he’s a player that you could see come in and make some sort of impact on this team from the moment he steps on the floor.
