NBA Bubble Tiers: How many teams can actually win in Orlando?

Please don’t get everyone sick and ruin the bubble tier: These teams are not making the playoffs and their mere presence is a threat to the season

Teams: Spurs, Suns, Wizards

If you’re going to invite the Blazers, Pelicans, and Kings, then you have to invite the Spurs. I can understand that. But what are the Suns and Wizards doing in Orlando? The two teams are 6 and 5.5 games out of 8th place respectively at the start of the eight-game schedule.

And, if the ultimate goal is to safely finish the season, what is their purpose in the bubble?

It’s great for these teams to have a few extra weeks to practice and play in some real games before the offseason, but none of them will do anything more than lose some games and go home as soon as the playoffs start.
