Thomas Bryant, Washington Wizards

Leading the way for a depleted Washington Wizards roster, Thomas Bryant showed out for the Wizards this weekend in the team’s first two bubble games. On Friday, Thomas put up 10 points and seven rebounds against the Suns, a stat line that is only solid at best but followed up with 30 points and 13 rebounds on Sunday against the Nets.

Along with his 30 points, Bryant shot 12-20 from the field and spread the floor by going 4-6 from 3-point range. With Davis Bertans and Bradley Beal opting out of the restart and John Wall still sidelined from injury, the Wizards have a very steep uphill battle to catch the Nets in the 8th seed.

Bryant is going to have to keep up the stellar pace if Washington wants any shot of playing in Orlando past the middle of August.
