While there will very likely still be questions and concerns surrounding the Milwaukee Bucks headed into the playoffs, this is a team that continues to prove that when they’re playing at their highest level, there are few teams in the NBA, if any, that can match their offensive firepower and defensive prowess.
Giannis Antetokounmpo has been on an absolute tear during the restart, and has been downright unstoppable in the paint – just ask the Miami Heat. The Bucks will be considered the overwhelming favorites to come out of the East when the playoffs begin. With the way that they’ve looked in the restart (for the most part), how could you argue?
The Bucks, led by head coach Mike Budenholzer, have the right pieces and, most importantly, enough of them to win an NBA Championship this season. That is no longer a question. It’s now time for them to actually produce on the basketball floor. Will Giannis emerge with his first championship after arguably putting together the most dominant single-player season in league history?
