NBA Playoffs: 3 storylines and a prediction for Bucks-Magic
There were questions about how and if the NBA’s restart bubble would work and how effective it would be. Through the first few weeks of the experiment, it has worked swimmingly. The eight seeding games are, for the most part, done with and the play-in tournament (Portland Trail Blazers vs. Memphis Grizzlies) will begin over the weekend, leading towards the start of the 2020 NBA Playoffs.
Matchups are now officially set (with exception of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference) and the Milwaukee Bucks will play the Orlando Magic in the 1-8 matchup in the Eastern Conference. After a one-game suspension after “headbutting” an opponent, it seems like Giannis Antetokounmpo will be ready to go for Game 1 for the Bucks, along with Aaron Gordon saying he’ll be ready to play when the playoffs start.
How will the Magic look in their second-straight playoff appearance? Will the Bucks regain its dominance now that games will officially matter? Even though many are quick to overlook this matchup, there are still plenty of storylines packed in this series.
As we prepare for this specific matchup, we explore three storylines and a prediction for the first-round series between the Milwaukee Bucks and Orlando Magic.
