4. Golden State Warriors – James Wiseman, C, Memphis

In the end, there’s a chance that the Golden State Warriors, even falling out of the top 3 in the NBA Draft Lottery, could still get the man they wanted at No. 4. With the way the board has fallen thus far, James Wiseman is still on the board for the Warriors at No. 4. If it falls this way, there’s no question that he could be the pick.

Wiseman is another polarizing prospect due to the fact that he only played in three games during his freshman season before he was ruled ineligible. In those three games though, he proved that he has the potential to be special. Wiseman averaged 20 points and 11 rebounds per game and dominated in the paint.

The concerns revolve around his ability to stretch the floor enough to make him a legit offensive threat at the next level. With the NBA has evolved over the last few years, any big man that expects to play meaningful minutes has to show the ability to hit the outside shot, and consistently.

That still remains to be seen for Wiseman. Other than that, though, he could very well end up being the best player to come out of this draft class.
