How will the “others (Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, Goran Dragic)” for the Heat step up?
Ultimately, one of the biggest reasons why the Miami Heat is such a dangerous team is because of their depth. It’s not just Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler. Part of what makes this team special is their “others” that continuously step up in a big way. A few of the biggest “others” on the Heat include Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, and Goran Dragic. In the eight bubble games, each of those players has played a big part in the team’s success.
Herro has made a big stride since the hiatus and looks like a much more polished offensive player and has even flashed as a primary playmaker. Duncan Robinson continues to be the best 3-point shooter in the NBA and has even made strides in his off-the-dribble offense.
Dragic has picked up where he left off pre-hiatus and remains as one of the best sixth men in the league (when he’s not starting). If the Heat is going to make a deep run in the postseason, each of these three players will have to play a big role.
