If you are gonna swing for the fences, why not aim for a grand slam? This would be an earth-shattering trade that would change the landscape of the entire NBA would give the Brooklyn Nets three of the top 5 offensive players in the entire NBA.

With so much uncertainty around the Houston Rockets organization, from Daryl Morey in the front office to Mike D’Antoni as head coach, It isn’t out the realm of possibility that James Harden after other playoffs struggle decides its time he moves elsewhere in search of the famed Larry O’Brien trophy.

While many teams could potentially offer a star to the Rockets, they more than likely will not be on the same category of a star as Harden. With the Nets offer, they are offering their entire squad (minus Durant and Kyrie) along with an ocean of picks and this isn’t just a team of scrubs that the Nets are offering, there are numerous potential All-Stars.

Jarrett Allen, an up and coming big man who has shown flashes of All-Star potential that has kept DeAndre Jordan out of the starting line-up. Caris LeVert, he has shown his worth during the bubble, LeVert can get hot in a hurry and with a team-friendly contract, you could have a 20 point-per-game scorer on your hands next season.

Spencer Dinwiddie is the perfect combo guard in today’s NBA, capable of scoring 20 points per game and dishing the ball, he is on the cusp of being a star.

Taurean Prince is a reliable power forward who is going to play hard and give you a lot of energy on defense while chipping in around 12 points per contest, Prince is a cap filler that allows the Rockets to offload Daniel House’s contract for a considerably better player.

Not to mention the Brooklyn Nets handing over their No. 1 picks pretty much for the next five years with pick swaps throughout allowing the Rockets to pick and choose the years they wish to cash in.

The glut of picks as well as the glut of players offered allow for the Rockets to remain competitive but also allows them to go big game hunting themselves if they find a player that they want.

Some teams could make a better offer for Harden but few that can offer Harden a path to the NBA finals virtually every year.

If healthy, there isn’t a team in the East that can stop Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and James Harden, most teams won’t be able to deal with KD and Kyrie alone, add Harden to the mix and it’s a wrap.
