Jayson Tatum will be the best player on the floor

When push comes to shove and the game is on the line, the player I trust most in this series could end up being Jayson Tatum. Coming off back-to-back 29-point games against the Raptors in Games 6 and 7, Tatum hasn’t disappointed in the playoffs for the Celtics. Whenever Boston has needed a big bucket, he’s stepped up.

That won’t change against the Heat and if this is a close series, there’s no question that he could be the best player on the floor on most nights. Depending on which Jimmy Butler we get (the aggressive or passive one), Tatum will be the player that the Heat’s defense will key on.

In the end, if the Boston Celtics win this series, there could be a few games in which Jayson Tatum simply stands above all on both rosters. Tatum is a special talent and is just beginning to scratch the surface on the player he could be.
