Could the New York Knicks make multiple moves to change the franchise overnight?

The New York Knicks are in a much better place than they were this time last year. They have addressed significant weaknesses within the organization. The front office and the coaching staff.

In bringing in Leon Rose and his chosen front office staff, the New York Knicks have added people who give the Knicks organization significantly more credibility knowing that they have a real talent in the front office.

They also added a vastly experienced and well-respected coach in Tom Thibodeau. A defensive-minded coach, Thibs gives the Knicks a new identity going forward.

While the Knicks have the talent within the organization, they don’t seem to have the right pieces for coach Thibs to correctly execute his style of play. Thibs is all about defense and while they have pieces who can play defense, they don’t have a roster built to have the Knicks playing at their absolute best.

If the Knicks can make some trades that bring them defense and 3-point shooting then that is the ideal scenario for New York. With that being said, here are three realistic trade packages the New York Knicks could pull off simultaneously to rebuild the team.
