15. Orlando Magic – Cole Anthony, G, North Carolina

For a team that needs a long-term answer at the point guard position (with all due respect to Markelle Fultz, who has been fine for the team, it’s a blessing that a player like Cole Anthony has fallen to this team outside the lottery. Anthony has the talent and look of a potential star at the point guard position.

16. Portland Trail Blazers – Saddiq Bey, F, Villanova

With Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum at the helm, the Portland Trail Blazers will always be a threat to make the playoffs in the Western Conference. One potential fit for this team at No. 16 is Saddiq Bay. He’s a 3-and-D player that could come in and contribute right away at the wing position. I don’t know if you’ll be a starter rotation player initially but he has Italian potential to grow into one with the Blazers.

17. Minnesota Timberwolves – RJ Hampton, G, New Zealand

After selecting James Wiseman with the No. 1 pick in the NBA Draft, it would be wise for the Minnesota Timberwolves to add to their backcourt with this No. 17 selection. RJ Hampton is a player that could end up being one of the better players taken outside the lottery. He has all the tools to be a good player but might need some time to develop.
