NBA Mock Draft: James Wiseman jumps to No. 1; Knicks surprise at No. 8
21. Philadelphia 76ers – Tyrell Terry, G, Stanford
This one is quite simple. The Philadelphia 76ers need help at the point guard position and need some shooting. Tyrell Terry does both of those things and would fill the role for the Sixers. He is coming off a freshman season in which he averaged 15 points per game and shot 41 percent from 3-point range.
22. Denver Nuggets – Nico Mannion, G, Arizona
The Nuggets could use help in the backcourt especially with some big decisions on the horizon regarding this team’s future. Nico Mannion out of Arizona could be an ideal fit. He could grow and develop behind Jamal Murray and Gary Harris.
23. Utah Jazz – Aleksej Pokusevski, F, Olympiacos B
For a team like the Utah Jazz, a draft selection such as Aleksej Pokusevski won’t be one that will help right away. Though, he can come over in the next few years and potentially grow into a role with the team. He’s a player that the team could draft and stash overseas for a while as they figure out their future.
