How the Golden State Warriors could acquire James Harden

The above trade scenario is debatable on both sides whether either team would make the trade.

That usually is a good place to start. No trade should be considered so one-sided that one team feels like they have committed daylight robbery.

The Pau Gasol to the Lakers trade initially was one-sided (With the inclusion of Marc Gasol to the trade and his future NBA career making it considerably more palatable) but there and then, the Lakers seemed to have emptied the Grizzlies pockets and stolen their lunch money.

The Golden State Warriors fans could feel aggrieved that they lose one of the best 3-point shooters in NBA history, a young and up and coming pairing in Paschall and Lee, as well as the extremely valuable second overall pick in this year’s draft as well as the Timberwolves, pick next year.

The Rockets could feel a certain type of way about losing their franchise cornerstone and feeling that they aren’t getting a player back who is as good as James Harden. With both sides having reason to feel aggrieved, it usually means that the trade scenario is somewhere on the right track.
