12. Sacramento Kings – Devin Vassell, F, Florida State

With the Sacramento Kings in a state of flux, adding depth to the wing would be smart. They’re expected to re-sign Bogdan Bogdanovic but you can’t predict what could happen during the offseason. In the event that they lose him or make a move to trade one of their other wing players, adding Devin Vassell could make sense.

Vassell is coming off a sophomore season in which he averaged 13 points and eight rebounds per game on 49 percent shooting from the field and 42 percent shooting from 3-point range. He projects to be a 3-and-D wing at the NBA level and could fit right in with the team’s core of De’Aaron Fox, Marvin Bagley, and Budy Hield (*hides*).

There are concerns about Vassell’s shooting stroke but if it worked for him in college and before, who’s to say that it won’t work at the NBA level. This is the type of concerns that you just wait and see on.
