Trade target: Larry Nance Jr.

If the Boston Celtics are looking to add depth to its frontcourt, there might not be a better – and more logical – fit on the trade market than Larry Nance Jr. He’s seasoned, but still young enough where he’d fit in with the rest of this Celtics’ core.

Nance is coming off a season in which he averaged 10 points, seven rebounds, and two assists per game on 53 percent shooting from the field and 35 percent shooting from 3-point range. He has two years remaining on his contract and is only making roughly $11 million over the last two seasons of his career.

Nance fits in with the Celtics identity and could provide some added depth to an otherwise thin frontcourt. He might not be the answer for Bam Adebayo, but there’s no question that he potentially would’ve put up a better fight than Enes Kanter and Robert Williams did off the bench in the playoffs.
