Trade target: Eric Bledsoe

If the Milwaukee Bucks dump or are willing to dump Eric Bledsoe this offseason, the Orlando Magic are a team that should entertain the idea of potentially making a deal for him. Considering that this is a team that can’t tear it all down and rebuild unless they’re willing to move Nikola Vucevic, they could retool the roster by adding a veteran starting point guard.

While Markelle Fultz has been solid for the Magic since they acquired him from the Sixers, he hasn’t proved that he is the long-term answer for the team at the position. Bledsoe may not be the future for the team at point guard, but he can be a productive stopgap for the team.

Bledsoe is coming off a season in which he averaged 15 points, five rebounds, and five assists on 47 percent shooting from the field and 34 percent shooting from 3-point range. He may have disappointed the team in the playoffs, but he could be a solid piece for a young team like the Magic.
