24. Milwaukee Bucks – Theo Maledon, ASVEL

The hope is that the Milwaukee Bucks will be making some big moves this offseason and there’s a chance that they won’t be making a pick in the first round. However, if they do it would be smart for them to take a point guard. Theo Maledon is an interesting, and somewhat of an unknown, target.

Maledon has the experience and is a versatile guard. A couple of months ago, many projected Maledon to be selected much higher than No. 24, but every other team’s loss is the Bucks’ gain. I’m not sure Maledon will be a star but he could develop into a nice player.

The Bucks need playmakers and Maledon could grow into that role. Even if the Bucks decide to trade for a point guard, Maledon would still fit as a backup and could learn and develop behind whoever they acquire (or even behind Eric Bledsoe).
