7. Detroit Pistons – Isaac Okoro, F, Auburn

The Detroit Pistons could target a point guard with the No. 7 overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, but passing on a player as talented as Isaac Okoro wouldn’t be a great look. Instead of potentially reaching for a player that will need a few years to fully develop, the Pistons could take Okoro who would help this team immediately.

Okoro averaged 13 points and four rebounds during his freshman season at Auburn but was quite impressive on the defensive end. He’s considered one of the better two-way players in this draft class and should he be able to solidify his outside shooting, he could really develop into a star.

The Pistons would add a strong wing to their rotation and a player that could play next to Blake Griffin. If Detroit wanted to shoot for the stars, they could also entertain the thought of possibly trading for Russell Westbrook to address the point guard position.
