6. Atlanta Hawks – Isaac Okoro, F, Auburn

With the sixth pick, I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Atlanta Hawks move this asset for a veteran star that they can place next to this team’s young core. They want to make the most season and that might be the move they need up making. If they do make a selection, Isaac Okoro would be a smart selection.

Okoro would give the Hawks some much-needed defensive help on the wing and would give them a player that has the potential to be the next 3-and-D mastermind (assuming he can develop a 3-point shot). Okoro would be a versatile player for the Hawks and give them options for lineups they can roll out.

On the surface, adding Isaac Okoro may not be a huge franchise-shifting move at the NBA Draft but he is a player that would fit next to Trae Young and the rest of this team’s young core. Also, good luck to opposing offenses as they try and score against a frontcourt that features Okoro, John Collins, and Clint Capela.
