Memphis Grizzlies

The Memphis Grizzlies were quiet this offseason, but they already have a future superstar in Ja Morant and a future all-star in Jaren Jackson Jr. They did make a small deal when they acquired stretch four Mario Hezonja who might replace stretch-four Anthony Tolliver.

They were also able to get a great shooter when they acquired guard Desmond Bane (from the 2020 NBA Draft) in the same trade. Memphis will take another step this offseason due to the progression of their young players.

Assuming health, the Grizzlies will be a team that will be in the hunt for the last playoff spot in the Western Conference. Here’s hoping that they’ll be able to secure it, unlike last year in the NBA’s restart bubble.
