What will the New York Knicks starting line-up look like this season?

The New York Knicks are very much a team in transition. For the first time in a very long time, there is hope for the Knickerbockers. With new and competent management and front office staff now in place, there is potential for a bright future for the once premier franchise.

They are still a long way away from competing but the Knicks have definitely turned the corner.

Will they land superstar free agents in the near or distant future? It’s impossible to say but they have definitely put themselves in a position to do so. Something that they were incapable of doing since 2010.

This season will be pivotal in showing future free agents that the Knicks organization have pushed James Dolan to the back of the line and that Leon Rose, his array of talent in the front office, and coach Tom Thibodeau now run the show in New York.

If they can convince the league of that, then maybe, just maybe they can land a potential superstar free agent. In the meantime, the Knicks have assembled a fun, young roster that has the potential to entertain this season.

Can this young Knicks team cause an upset in the East and push for playoff basketball? It isn’t out of the question but right now? Unlikely. So how will the Young, Tom Thibadeau led Knicks to look this coming season? Here is a predicted starting lineup for the opening day of the regular season.
