Christmas wishlist: The meshing of the roster

The Milwaukee Bucks got arguably the best Christmas gift that they could ever receive with Giannis Antetokounmpo signed his supermax extension last week. I’m not sure there’s anything else that Milwaukee will want or need this season.

The franchise is set for the next five seasons, at least, and will likely be one of the favorites to come out of the Eastern Conference for the next half-decade. However, if there’s one thing that this team needs to be hoping for this season, it’s that Jrue Holiday becomes a great fit next to Giannis.

Coming off a season in which they were somewhat of a disappointment in the playoffs last year, the Bucks have a lot depending on the biggest acquisition of the offseason, Jrue Holiday. He’s supposed to be the answer for this team and the piece that puts them over the top in the East.

They need this move to pay dividends.
