Christmas wishlist: A gentle resolution to the Rudy Gobert contract status
The Utah Jazz has a bit of an issue on their hands. They need to navigate through this Rudy Gobert contract situation sooner rather than later. Though, I’m afraid this is something that is going to have to wait until next offseason, considering the extension deadline is about to come and go.
Gobert has been a good player for the Jazz and one of the best defense of players in the NBA over the past few seasons, but I’m just not sure that Utah should invest big money in a center in today’s NBA.
That will almost certainly create an issue between Gobert and the Jazz. This holiday season, the Jazz would like nothing more than a calm and collective resolution between the two parties.
