Ranking the 2020 NBA Christmas Day slate

Christmas Day is nearly here and there’s nothing more that represents this holiday than the NBA’s annual slate. It’s often the day the officially signals the start of the season to casual fans and offers a showcase of some of the league’s best matchups for the more serious ones.

Nevertheless, the NBA and Christmas Day have become pretty synonymous with one another over the last decade. A few of the biggest stars that we will see this season will include LeBron James, Luka Doncic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Kevin Durant, Zion Williamson, and Stephen Curry.

The stage is set for the NBA, even just days into the start of the 2020-21 NBA season. How will this year’s slate be embraced by the fanbase?

On the heels of Christmas Day, we rank each of the five games in terms of watchability and storyline intrigue. We begin with a rematch from the Western Conference Semifinals from the NBA’s restart bubble.
