Dallas Mavericks
If there’s one team that is considered a semi-contender in the Western Conference that needs help in 3-point shooting, it’s the Dallas Mavericks. The Mavericks have been one of the worst shooting teams in the NBA, percentage-wise, this season.
J.J. Redick wouldn’t exactly fix all the issues, and even though he hasn’t exactly gotten off to a hot-shooting start, history suggests that Redick would be an upgrade. For a team that had high hopes heading into this season, Reddick would be a help and give this team a push that perhaps they need at the midway point of the season.
This is not a franchise-altering move, but one that could be looked back in a few months as the change that helped this team out of a rut.
