28. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards have the most talent among the teams sitting at this point in the power rankings, but simply don’t have the depth or coaching staff to make it all work together. If Washington places him on the trade block Bradley Beal would be the most sought-after trade candidate in a very long time.

The big question is, would the Wizards actually move their superstar guard?

27. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls may in fact be a potential contender to make the playoffs in the Eastern Conference. That said, there are already whispers that Zach LaVine could be moved at the NBA Trade Deadline.

If that is so, that almost eliminates all hope for the playoffs. Though, I’m not sure we could predict anything the Bulls are going to do over the next few weeks. I have no idea where this team is headed and what this team has up its sleeves.
