24. Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder are an interesting experiment. In the Western Conference, they have the 12th best record at 9-11. They’re only two games back of the eighth seed in the conference but have the league’s second-worst net rating.

Something has to give and something is not right with this team. I tend to lean on the advanced stats that suggest the Thunder simply are not a good team.

23. New Orleans Pelicans

The New Orleans Pelicans have been a bit better over the last couple of weeks, but still aren’t the team that many expected them to be heading into the season. A lot remains to be desired and they’re already rumors that this team is ready to sell away some of its veteran assets at the NBA Trade Deadline.

You have to wonder what that means for this team’s playoff chances moving forward.
