12. San Antonio Spurs

I’m not sure how the San Antonio Spurs continue to do it, but Gregg Popovich and this front office have put together a roster that perfectly fits with each other. Or at least it feels that way.

Led by the excellent play of DeMar DeRozan, the Spurs are once again in the top 8 in the West. Who knows if this team will be able to hold on to a playoff seed in the West during the second half of the season, but the job that pup has done with this team can’t be overstated.

11. Indiana Pacers

The Indiana Pacers have basically been a .500 team through the first half of the season, and it’s been good enough to be a top 4 seed in the East. I still don’t know what to expect from this team during the second half of the season and it’ll be interesting to see how Caris LeVert fits once he makes his eventual debut with the team.

One thing that we can expect for the Pacers moving forward is that they’re going to work hard and be a pest for any team that faces them in the playoffs.
