Los Angeles Lakers trade target: Andre Drummond
There aren’t many holes on the Los Angeles Lakers roster at the moment, and this team more than anything just needs to get healthy, but if there’s one area where the team could look to improve it’s in the frontcourt. Specifically, adding a starting-caliber center to help solidify this team as the favorite heading into the second half of the season.
One potential target that the Lakers should prioritize heading into the deadline is Andre Drummond of the Cleveland Cavaliers. He’s more of a rental than anything, which fits with what the Lakers will be searching for at the deadline.
Drummond doesn’t need to be in his hands, is a great rebounder, and a good shot-blocker. He’d help take the pressure defense of Anthony Davis defensively and would help this team rebounding in ways that can’t be measured.
