NBA seller candidate: Toronto Raptors

The Toronto Raptors have done a great job in finding their way back up the standings in the Eastern Conference over the past few weeks. They’re currently in the fifth spot of the Eastern Conference and will likely be a playoff team regardless of what happens at the trade deadline.

With growing speculation that the Raptors could potentially move Kyle Lowry over the next couple of weeks, that should open this team to potentially moving a couple of other veteran players on their roster. Especially if there’s a move to be made that will position them better heading into the offseason.

The Raptors are not a championship contender this season, no matter where they finish in the regular season Eastern Conference standings. They are a big move or two away from contention and there’s really no one on the roster that is “untouchable” for this team.
