Should the Miami Heat pull the trigger on such a deal?

The big question that the Heat would need to ask themselves is whether or not it would be worth it to trade all that for Kyle Lowry? Of course, perhaps it would cost a little less to get him, depending on what the other competing offers might be.

Perhaps the Heat could get away with just moving Nunn, fillers, and draft compensation. Nevertheless, what Miami would have to answer is whether the reward of Lowry on this team would outweigh the risk of losing two rotation players in exchange for one.

A starting lineup of Lowry, Tyler Herro (or Duncan Robinson), Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, and Blake Griffin (perhaps in the buyout market) – with Goran Dragic off the bench – would be good enough to compete in the Eastern Conference?

If the answer to that question is yes, perhaps this is a move that the Miami Heat should seriously consider as we inch closer and closer to the NBA Trade Deadline.
