16. Charlotte Hornets – Isaiah Jackson, C, Kentucky

The Charlotte Hornets have been one of the biggest surprises in the Eastern Conference this season, in large part due to the play of rookie LaMelo Ball, but they could use help along the frontcourt. Isaiah Jackson would be a great fit outside of the draft lottery for the Hornets.

Jackson is a great athlete and is already considered a good defender. He can defend the rim and move his feet effectively for his size and position. He’d be a welcomed sight for a team that struggled mightily on both of those fronts.

Jackson needs to develop his offensive game and prove that he can emerge as something more than a potential defensive difference-maker. The talent is there for him to be a really good two-way player, however.
