29. Los Angeles Lakers – Alperen Sengun, forward, Beskitas

The Los Angeles Lakers are trying to win their second championship in two years and would likely be able to draft and stash a player like Alperen Sengun, an interesting prospect that is currently playing overseas.

The Lakers are as close to a complete team as there is currently in the NBA and would be a good candidate to take a big chance on such a player. On paper, there is a lot to like about Sengun. He has good size, is highly productive (19 points and 10 rebounds), and is just scratching the surface on the player he can be.

Although, generally it’s difficult to project players from overseas. That makes it difficult to gauge where teams will take Sengun in the 2021 NBA Draft.
