3. Houston Rockets – Jonathan Kuminga, F, G League (Ignite)

It’s difficult to predict what the Houston Rockets will do with a projected No. 3 overall pick, considering they have some big decisions to make this offseason regarding John Wall (if they plan on keeping him or trying to trade him) and whether they’ll be able to re-sign Victor Oladipo.

However, the team does have one great young building block in Christian Wood. He’s been an absolute stud for the team after signing during the offseason. Adding Jonathan Kuminga, a versatile forward that has clear raw, physical talent to be an effective two-way player.

Kuminga would fit with Houston’s timeline, considering he’ll need a year or two (or perhaps more) to fully develop into the player that he can be at the NBA level.
